I would like thank Chelsea Mitzi and the entire staff for their greatness and everything have done. They have a helped me during a rough time in my life they have accommodated me everything i needed it. Everything been took care of with speed and efficiently Mitzi is a great fantastic worker. I love her personality and her style. she does fantastic job when u come in she greets u with a smile and laughter . I love everybody that works here . Maintenance is an incredible help when you need help. Thank you to Chelsea for being Amazing Property manager she goes above and beyond her duty and will take care of anything that you need is Upon request with efficiency and due diligence I recommend this property to anyone that needs help and have and has a hard time. Chelsea will work with you because she has a great heart and I would like to thank everyone that’s here

If you want to save your money for your Vegas stay, stay at Siegel. It’s tucked just a block behind the Strip, so it’s much quieter and way cheaper. If you’re looking for a solid budget spot, this is it. It’s right in the center of the Strip, so we walked everywhere and saved a ton on Ubers. Just a heads up, like most places in Vegas, they have a an $100 deposit fee which is refunded after 2-3 business days, but even with that, it was still way cheaper than the Caesars/Bellagio.

The ladies at the front desk is awesome. They are really sweet and always willing to help anyway they can. Chelsea goes above and beyond her job and I’m grateful for her and the staff. The maintenance man is always there when you need him and does a great job. The area is super quiet and is walking distance to the strip. There is a lot of things to do around this area.

Omg I am very pleased with our experience me and my mom are Homless Chelsea was very nice and helpful the room is clean nice size I have not had any complaints other then the Fridge didn’t work. and shower head felt like pins were shooting you. called the front desk they had maintenance come right over he was very awesome and gave use new appliance right away. All the staff I met are very nice they have 24hr night patrol he is always doing his job walking the premise making sure things are in order I really love this place if I can give 10 stars I would

I was treated as a normal traveler. The staff was friendly and helpful! Look this place has a lot of bad reviews but if you’re looking for something close to the convention center that offers a reasonable price you sort of have to get your expectations right. It states it is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star! Don’t let the other bad reviews scare you away!

My favorite place to stay in Vegas when I'm here for work. It's right off the strip and very convenient to the bus routes. The staff are amazing. The maintenance man Hector is wonderful also!!

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, large and roomy, clean bathroom and quiet at the back. Great if you need to stay and extra couple of days after a converntion.

I love the staff, everyone is super cool, very professional. I'll be staying here for quite some time just because of the staff. My room is very large and when I checked in was very clean. The property security is always on top of walking around and showing his presence. Chelsea the manager truly goes above and beyond for her residents and it really shows. I've met a lot of long terms that have also stated the same about Chelsea and her staff. Looking forward to being a long time residents. Thank you guys for all you do.
